Smart Balance + More will help maintain your books by making sure revenues and expenses are recorded in the correct accounts, and per the instruction of the business owner. If there are suggestions on where expenses and revenues should be recorded, we will make sure to have a discussion with the business owner to provide our thoughts and make sure that the business owner understands why and provide feedback. All information, pertaining to maintaining the books, needs to be provided to the bookkeeper for proper data entry. Financial reports will be run and explained to the business owner at the end of each month, quarter and year end.

Accounts Payable and Revenues

All expenses and revenues will be recorded in the proper account codes. This will make for easy filing of taxes as well as finding tax savings with a certified public accountant.

Payroll Entries

All payroll expenses will be recorded in the corresponding expense lines, including deductions, such as federal and state taxes and benefits.

Journal Entries

Journal entries will be made in case of errors that are found after recording of expense and revenue entries.
